Please avoid this Major Wood Company & Vince Chang for any purchase. We have been defrauded and duped by this company. We paid for SAMPLES and selected a sample that we liked. However, the Wood that was delivered was 100% defective. Entire shipment (5000 sq ft) cracked after installation. Also, the wood surface expanded (video enclosed). We sent multiple letters to the company but they did not respond and Vince Chang and management of Major Wood Company is hiding now.
We want to make sure this does not happen to any other customers. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these guys.
